Special Shipping Notice:

Due to the expected high demand of these products, please allow a 2 week window from the time you order your item to expected delivery of your item.  

If there us an issue with your order, please reach out to me directly so we can chat! My store policy includes repair, replacement or refund if there is a mistake from my end. Please contact me prior to purchase if you are unsure about an item description - I'm happy to answer any questions. 

Please be mindful of these terms & conditions:

• I will accept a return / exchange on a non personalized item within 3 days of delivery, as long as items are shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom / Personalized items can't be returned.
• State of returned item must be brand new / unworn.
• Reasons for acceptable returns: if there was a mistake on my end / item is not satisfactory. 
• I will contact you directly to discuss how your return will work.

We kindly request that you allow me the opportunity to exchange or refund your merchandise in lieu of leaving neutral or negative feedback.  We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you are dissatisfied, please return the item in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of item receipt. Please alert us by email in advance of return shipment. I'll be glad to exchange the items or refund your purchase price, less any shipping fees paid. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Cancellations:

We accept cancelations up to 2 hours of purchase. Please contact us directly to cancel your item.

Shipping Policies:

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, not including major holidays.  I ship USPS with delivery confirmation.

Custom / Personalized Orders:

Any custom work you order, you will receive a proof via email of design. Once approved, your order will be shipped 2-3 business days after I receive confirmation from you. I will not ship your order until you approve the design/work.

Shipping Addresses and Lost in Transit:
We ship to the address given by the customer, we can not be held responsible for the customer inputting the wrong address. Please make sure everything is correct before you order.

- If USPS loses your package in transit, we will re-send your item.
- Once the package has been marked "Delivered" by USPS we are no longer responsible for the shipment.
